One of the best parts of my career in HR has been helping managers to ﬁnd innovative, cost-effective and practical ways to better utilise their staff. This has included helping to resolve employment problems, finding top talent, implementing tools to better engage staff, helping managers through change and assisting with developing business strategies that lift business performance through people.

With significant experience across the broad spectrum of human resources and learning and development, I can assist with all of your employment & people management needs including resolution of complex employment issues - right through to developing strategies to support your longer-term business goals.
My specialist skills, and passion, includes helping businesses align their people to their strategy and direction, by firstly identifying your workforce plan and then working with key staff in your business to grow their potential to deliver on business goals. This can take the form of coaching and/or customised development and engagement programmes aligned to your business need.
