Human Resources, restructuring, job  descriptions, performance management, engagement, HR policy, employee relations, collective bargaining, personal grievances, disciplinaries, employment relationships, employment agreements and employment investigations.

My specialist industry experience:
Multi-sector experience, including transport and logistics, government, education, horticultural research, insurance and manufacturing.

My credentials:
BBS (Massey University) and over thirty years experience in human resources and employment relations.

Outside of work:

I am a committed family man who is involved in surf casting and rugby.
