Grow HR Terms of Trade


Grow Human Resources Limited's (Grow HR's) Terms of Trade as below (and as amended from time to time) are accepted.  I am authorised to sign these Terms of Trade on behalf of the following company or organisation:

Our Work

Grow Human Resources Limited (Grow HR) will provide human resources, employment relations and related specialist services based on the scope of work as instructed by the employer or business owner (or their representative), or as discussed and as agreed. You agree to provide accurate and full information to Grow HR when we are providing services and advice.

Information collected for the purposes of providing consultancy services including personal information will be stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the provisions of the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (and amendments).

Charge Rates

The current standard hourly rates charged for services (excl. GST) are:

$285 per hour for general consultancy services and

$305 per hour for specialist consultancy services 

These rates remain subject to review and increase from time to time.

Time charges invoiced will be based on the total time taken for the scope of work as instructed.  This includes but is not limited to the time spent on; communications, assessment and consideration of information, research, drafting and quality assurance of advice and materials, negotiations with other parties, travel requirements and the urgency of the services required.

Additional charges including one-off set-up fees may apply to cover intellectual property, use of Grow HR's resources and/or disbursements. Travel time will be charged at standard hourly rates unless otherwise agreed in advance.  Mileage will be charged at the current IRD mileage rates.  

Use of Grow HR IP and Documentation Subject to Copyright

All Intellectual Property contained within documentation and other materials provided remain the exclusive property of Grow HR. We grant you a limited license to use and reproduce this documentation solely for the purposes outlined in the agreed scope of work. Please note that documentation must not be shared, distributed, or supplied to other individuals or entities for commercial use without obtaining prior written consent from Grow HR.

Your right to use this documentation does not extend to modifying, removing, or otherwise altering any rights-related information included with it. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright notices, creator details, or metadata that recognizes ownership. Any notices or rights-related information embedded in or attached to the documentation must remain intact.  We ask that you take all reasonable steps to respect and preserve Grow HR’s copyright and other associated rights.

Guarantee

We stand 100% behind our services and undertake to provide quality advice and services. If you are dissatisfied with our services or advice, we would expect you to raise this with us at the time the services are provided.

Estimate

If Grow HR gives an estimate, that is only an indication of the cost of our services.  The final cost of our services will be based on the actual time for providing services along with any one-off fees and disbursements. Where work undertaken could significantly exceed an estimate given, our aim is to discuss that with you in advance of further work being undertaken.  All estimates are GST exclusive unless stated otherwise

Additional Work

Estimates are confined to the scope agreed. If additional services and time are required, or there are changes to the scope of work you originally specified, they will be additionally charged.

Payment and Interest on Overdue Accounts

Invoices are issued monthly in arrears for charges and disbursements.  Payment is due in full by the 20th of the month in which the invoice was issued.    

Grow HR will charge interest at 5% per month (compounding per calendar month) on overdue accounts. Additionally, if you default on payment your business/organisation will be liable for any internal administration fees, debt collection fees, court costs and legal fees relating to overdue account collection.
