James comes to us with a remarkable background, combining 25 years of experience in the culinary field with the successful management of his own award-winning restaurants, Bistronomy and Taste Cornucopia, in Hawkes Bay. His journey through the realms of both chef and entrepreneur has provided him with unique insights into the business world, especially in understanding the intricacies and challenges of managing and motivating a team. 

Now as a People and Culture Advisor, James leverages his rich background to support and guide our clients. His approach is deeply influenced by his own experiences and the value he places on learning from every situation. As part of Grow HR, James looks forward to applying his insight to help other businesses thrive, ensuring their teams are well-supported and their cultural dynamics are strong.
