HR/ER Consultant

Grow HR currently has a vacancy for an experienced, service-orientated HR/ER Consultant to join our team and help us grow our employment relations capacity and other generalist HR support to our employer clients.  

As a member of our team, you will be hands-on working directly with our clients. Your colleagues will also be on hand to provide their expertise and support as needed. Working with a diverse range of employers and businesses no two days are the same.

You will hold a relevant tertiary-level qualification and have at least 5 years New Zealand based HR/ER experience.  You will enjoy problem-solving and have the confidence to ask questions and provide sound and commercially appropriate advice in response.  In addition you will have an eye for detail and excellent written skills.  

To be successful you will be service-driven and proactive when it comes to developing and managing relationships.  You will also have availability to to attend networking and business events which are generally held in mornings or early evenings to help develop your profile as a Consultant and maintain knowledge about our local economy.
