Hi, I'm Mandy Cartwright
One size does not fit all in HR. Having joined Grow HR in 2011, I work closely with business owners and managers to understand what is important and in turn provide advice and solutions appropriate to the situation or business needs. You’ll get employment related documentation and templates that can be easily used in-house, and I’ll act as your virtual HR person so you have constant support.
I’m also great with numbers. I was going to be an accountant before a career in HR and an interest in pay and benefits saved me!
Outside of work you will find me learning about all things boating and fishing.

Everyday employment related issues and questions, job design, job descriptions, employment agreements, employee handbooks, HR policies and procedures, performance reviews
Remuneration and benefits, pay reviews, market benchmarking and the design of bonus, commission or incentive schemes and pay frameworks.
My industry experience prior to consulting includes the;
Tertiary education, financial services and public funded sectors here in New Zealand and the UK.
My credentials include:
Bachelor of Business Studies – Human Resources Management - 1997 (Massey University)
Level 7, Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel and Development - 2006 (Manchester Open Learning, UK)
Prince 2 Practitioner (2009)
