Grow HR's Lance Peterson has been granted a full Private Investigator License by the Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority for external workplace investigations.
A recent Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority case determined that external workplace investigators fall within the definition of a ‘Private Investigator’ under their legislation. This decision is now requiring external parties who conduct workplace investigations to be licensed where they are not already regulated.
Grow HR was approved a Company License and Lance Peterson was granted a full Private Investigator License.
